What do my fees pay for?

Fees pay for:
Irrigation repairs and maintenance. This includes pump house fixes, pond upkeep and pump electricity.
Management fees. Having a Management Company helps maintain our neighborhood and run day to day operations of the HOA.
Maintain the grassy common area on Pear Dr. This area requires regular lawn care, cutting and fertilizing.
HOA Insurance policy.
Annual dues associated with office work for the HOA. Website fees, Quickbooks fees, and laptop virus protection. This also includes basic administrative expenses such as printer ink, stamps and registration dues.
Accounting company to help issue invoicing and organize data for the community.
